Understand the Root Cause.
Using your injury history and symptom experience with clinical testing and latest sports testing methods, we can identify the root cause of your problems.
​It is important to know that your pain symptom may be caused by a cumulation of other components and not just a tissue failure.

Once we have all the information we need, we will explain your problem in the first session, in simple and clear terms and send you away with a step by step plan that is aligned with your goals and ability.

Getting a Fast Start
We ensure that you get progression straight away by using treatments and rehabilitation exercises that address the most important problem.
​We bias towards an 80:20 split, treating 20% of the symptoms and 80% of the problem with exercise and actionable guidance.
